The staff were polite, empathetic, and were very good too ensure a fantastic stay. They even helped me with a surprise gift and birthday cake. The room was clean and tidy, with thoughtful room service. They offered complimentary fruit tea during check-in, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout. The hotel's location is convenient, with a large park nearby. Thank you to the English-speaking staff for the great service!

All of the Staff were very attentive and friendly. The room was spotless and very comfortable. It is not a big hotel, but I was only staying in one room. It is definitely where I will stay next time.

Very confortable hotel, placed at 15 minutes by bus from the city center. People of the hotel was very kind, educated and efficient in their work. Instead it is not too expensive, it is very confortable. I enjoyed my stay at Dion Hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located near two big department stores and Fengxia street, making it easy to explore the area. a beautiful park is located nearby. the room is spacious with soundproof walls and a clean, comfortable bathroom. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast offers a variety of options and caters to special dietary needs.

There is a faint flickering sign from a neighboring hotel that can be slightly annoying at night.

Everything is good and everyone there knows his duties and they do their best to provide the best service

The hotel staffs are very rude. Did not respect the customers and try to add additional charges on us, not friendly at all and not amenable to reason. Will share my dissapointed experience with friends and relatives and will not book this hotel again.

The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, with soundproofing between walls. the hotel facilities were well maintained and the breakfast provided was delicious. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation, nearby department stores, Fengxia street, and a beautiful park right in front of the hotel. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I found the hotel conveniently located near popular shopping areas and famous restaurants. The rooms were impressive, spacious and well soundproofed. The staff was very polite, helpful and even provided us with recommendations of vegetarian food options at breakfast. my stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

One of the negative aspects of my Christmas stay was that the breakfast buffet area was small with limited options. Furthermore, the hotel staff seemed to be very strict with their check-in and check-out times. They charged us extra for early check-ins and called to remind us of the check-out time. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this hotel for its location and impressive accommodations.
